Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper

As a Billing and Bookkeeping Executive at Uniba Clothing (P) Limited in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our leading uniform manufacturing company. In terms of bookkeeping, you will assist in monthly reconciliations, monitor petty cash, and manage other company accounts efficiently. Additionally, you will support the preparation of financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your effective communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in billing and bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Office tools like Excel and Word is required. A strong grasp of basic accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills are crucial.
