Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Food and Beverage Specialist. The Food and Beverage Specialist will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards for food and beverage preparation. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, ensuring food quality, and employing culinary skills to create a memorable dining experience. The role is critical in supporting the company's objective of enhancing customer acquisition and retention.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
