Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and handling diary management. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, providing executive support, coordinating communications, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations for the CEO.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Diary Management skills
• Experience with Executive Support and handling Expense Reports
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
