With 11 cafés across North India and a central production unit in Lucknow, we are expanding rapidly with the support of Bikaji Foods, targeting to enhance our presence across five states in the next three years. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Development Executive based in Lucknow. The Training Development Executive will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, developing and implementing training programs, preparing and delivering presentations, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing training data, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
