Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fondant Chef position located in Meerut. The Fondant Chef will be responsible for designing and creating fondant-based cakes and edible decorations with precision and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include managing fondant preparation, executing creative cake designs, collaborating with the bakery team to meet client expectations, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fondant Work, Expertise in Cake Decoration, and Creative Sugar Crafting
• Experience with Artisan Confectionery and Skilled in Artistic Design Techniques
• Strong Attention to Detail, Ability to Collaborate with a Team, and Excellent Time Management
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene Standards, and Ingredient Handling
• Formal training in Bakery Arts or Culinary Arts preferred
• Prior experience in a professional bakery or similar environment is a strong advantage
