Minimum Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related fields
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in training or teaching roles

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver sessions in accordance with the prescribed syllabus.
• Ensure effective and structured delivery of the complete curriculum within defined timelines.
• Assess student needs and skill levels to tailor training programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with faculty and the placement cell to align training content with academic and industry requirements.
• Promote active student participation and drive academic success through continuous engagement, motivation, and support.
• Maintain student progress reports and session attendance records.

Prior experience working with students or in education industry will be preferred
