Key Responsibilities:

1. SOP Development - Develop and document comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for bar operations and front-of-house beverage service. Ensure all SOPs are aligned with CYK’s brand standards, operational goals, and guest experience expectations. Regularly review and update SOPs based on feedback and operational insights.

2. Beverage Menu Creation - Curate a balanced beverage menu comprising signature cocktails, mocktails, classics, and seasonal specials. Source high-quality ingredients and define standardized recipes including exact measurements, garnishing, and presentation guidelines. Collaborate with procurement for availability and consistency of ingredients.

3. Recipe Trials & Quality Control - Conduct recipe trials with the bar team to finalize drinks in terms of taste, presentation, and feasibility. Ensure every beverage meets standards for flavor, consistency, speed of service, and cost-efficiency. Maintain quality control through regular tasting, feedback collection, and bar audits.

4. Staff Training & Development

Lead training sessions for bartenders and F&B service staff on newly introduced recipes, updated SOPs, and service etiquette. Organize periodic beverage tasting and skill enhancement sessions to keep the team informed and motivated. Monitor performance and foster a learning culture by providing continuous feedback, hands-on guidance, and performance evaluations. Hire: Talent acquisition and hiring for the assigned projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Passionate about food and the restaurant business.
