Job Description

We are excited to invite applications for the position of GSA - Food & Beverage Service to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while upholding the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
Serve meals and drinks according to established service standards
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and side stations
Proactively upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue
Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions with precision
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
Participate enthusiastically in regular team meetings and training sessions
Support other food and beverage outlets during peak times as needed
Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a professional appearance at all times
