Job Description

Oversee all Food & Beverage operations (restaurants, bar, banquets, in-room dining, catering). Drive revenue, control costs, and ensure profitability of the department. Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and teams. Develop menus, pricing, and promotions in coordination with culinary team. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational strategies. Report directly to the General Manager and contribute to overall hotel performance.
