Food & Beverage Controller

As a Food Inventory Clerk at Marriott International, your role involves calculating figures for food inventories, orders, and costs. You will maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly. Your responsibilities will include: - Posting invoices using computer programs - Conducting inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs - Completing requisition forms for inventory and supplies - Notifying manager/supervisor of low stock levels - Verifying and tracking received inventory and completing inventory reports and logs - Reconciling shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy - Receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries - Refusing acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items - Troubleshooting vendor delivery issues and overseeing the return process - Adhering to food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas - Monitoring PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, completing safety training and certifications, and following all company policies and procedures. You will need to ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
