Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily F&B operations and ensure proper inventory management
Control and analyze food & beverage costs — track variances and minimize wastage
Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and consumption analysis
Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders & receiving reports
Work closely with the Head Chef, Bar Manager & Accounts team for cost optimization
Develop cost reports and recommend pricing or portion adjustments
Maintain transparent cost systems and ensure compliance with company SOPs

Requirements

2–6 years of experience as F&B Controller / Cost Controller in hospitality
Strong understanding of F&B costing, inventory, and procurement systems
Excellent Excel and POS reporting skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable under pressure
Background in cafés, bars, or boutique restaurants preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
