Job Summary:

F&B Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all F&B service operations in the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining
• Maintain high standards of guest service and ensure a personalized luxury experience
• Train, mentor, and motivate the F&B team to consistently deliver excellent service
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless food delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the service areas
• Assist in planning and executing special events and private dining experiences
• Uphold The Postcard Hotel's service philosophy and brand values in every guest interaction

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong knowledge of F&B service operations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and guest-centric approach
• Ability to lead and inspire a small team with a focus on service excellence
• Proficient in English and local language(s)
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred

• Local candidates from Gujarat will be given preference
