Food and Beverage Steward

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and guest-focused Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and set according to standards.
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, grooming, and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
