Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Food and Beverage Steward. The role involves assisting in the daily operations of the food and beverage service, delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to the highest hospitality standards. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaboration with the team to support training initiatives and uphold service excellence is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Experience in Food and Beverage service with attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Familiarity with basic Food Service protocols and operational procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Certification or training in hospitality or food service preferred
