Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, enhancing guest satisfaction, driving sales, and managing a team of culinary and service professionals. The F&B Manager will also be responsible for budget control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B outlets.
  • Lead and motivate F&B staff to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Develop and implement menus in coordination with chefs and culinary teams.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, control wastage, and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in accordance with local regulations.
  • Ensure consistent quality in food presentation and service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and banquets.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff and improve service standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and purchasing for quality raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, customer preferences, and cost control.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in handling large teams and multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
