We are hiring a

He/ She will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, ensuring high-quality service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This role manages staff, controls costs, and maintains hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of restaurant and catering services.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor sales performance.
Plan menus and coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams.
Recruit, train, and schedule F&B staff.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Support promotional activities and events to boost sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in F&B management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
