We are hiring a


He/ She will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, ensuring high-quality service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This role manages staff, controls costs, and maintains hygiene and service standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of restaurant and catering services.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor sales performance.
  • Plan menus and coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule F&B staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support promotional activities and events to boost sales.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in F&B management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
