Food and Beverage Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, etc.)
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
Supervise and train F&B staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SOPs.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards.
Work closely with the culinary and service teams to coordinate menus and special events.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
24 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory or executive role.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service protocols, and health regulations.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience with event or banquet management
