Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate, located in Shimla. The Food and Beverage Associate will handle day-to-day food service operations, ensuring prompt and courteous service to guests. Responsibilities include assisting with menu items, catering to customer needs, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience. Adherence to hotel standards and food safety regulations is expected at all times. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guestsBasic Culinary Skills, including food preparation and presentationAttention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in food and beverage roles, is beneficialAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
