Job Description

F&B Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests in the assigned dining outlet (restaurant, bar, or banquet area), ensuring accurate order execution and a positive, memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Guest Service:
Welcome and seat guests, present menus, accurately take and relay
food and beverage orders
to the kitchen/bar, and serve items promptly and courteously.
Product Knowledge:
Possess detailed and current knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and available
beverage pairings
to confidently assist and guide guest choices.
Table Maintenance:
Ensure all tables are set correctly before service, promptly clear used dishes, and
reset tables
quickly and hygienically for the next seating.
Order & Billing:
Process guest checks accurately, handle payments (cash, credit cards), and ensure all transactions are correctly posted to the
POS (Point of Sale) system
.
Revenue Generation:
Proactively recommend special items, promotions, and premium beverages to
upsell
and maximize revenue per guest.
Hygiene & Safety:
Adhere strictly to all
food safety and sanitation standards
(HACCP) and maintain a clean, organized service station.
