THE ROLE

You’ll be on your feet, staying busy, and keeping the restaurant in tip-top shape while providing seamless service. Whether it’s running food, assisting with drink orders, or making sure side stations are fully stocked, you’ll do it all with a smile and a can-do attitude. YOUR ROLE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Service Excellence

  : You’ll provide friendly, professional, and consistent service to guests, helping them feel welcomed and valued from the moment they sit down to when they leave.

• Support the Captains

  : Assist the Captains in setting up the restaurant, delivering orders, and keeping the dining floor running like clockwork.

• Restaurant Setup

  : Ensure the tables are set up just right and side stations are organized and stocked before and during service.

• Sanitation & Safety

  : Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, following all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean environment.

• Teamwork

  : You’ll work closely with your team, supporting everyone in their roles to keep service flowing smoothly. Collaboration is key!

• Hunger Inc. Standards

  : You’ll follow our service standards, ensuring that everything you do contributes to a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Communication

  : Strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between the team and guests.

• POS Systems

  : Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

• Team Player

  : You’re a team-oriented individual who can work well under pressure in a busy environment.

  : You know how to make guests feel special and always focus on providing excellent service.
