Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FNB Executive located in Sonipat. The FNB Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Duties include managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments for seamless service delivery. The executive will also take part in menu planning, inventory management, and financial budgeting to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management and staff supervision
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Menu planning and inventory management skills
• Proficiency in financial budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Experience with restaurant management software is a plus
