Key Responsibilities:
-Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including motivating, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
-Experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or quick commerce industry is beneficial.
-Ability to identify and resolve issues related to store operations, customer service, and team performance
-Ability to analyze data related to store performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
-Familiarity with Swiggy's specific processes related to order fulfilment, delivery, and partner management.
-Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards in a retail environment.
