Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling FMCG products, maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for market penetration, new customer acquisition, and ensuring timely collections. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG sector. Manage and grow sales through existing and new customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain team to ensure timely product availability. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
