Job Description

Ø Good understanding of Hardware Markets is desired. However, candidates having experience in dealer handling in associated retail markets such as paints, electrical hardware, tools, and FMCG goods can be sourced. Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ø Basic knowledge of MS Office, use of email and computers. Ø Graduate is preferred;however, the candidate must be at least a graduate. Ø The candidate should have a minimum field experience of 5 year + in the related field with dealer managing skills. Ø Experience, Product Knowledge and Industry Experience. Ø Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills, Motivational Skills. Ø Results-Oriented, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building, Customer Service Skills. Ø The candidate should be a go-getter and target achiever. Ø Candidate must be well groomed and have a pleasant personality Ø Candidate must be WILLING TO TRAVEL ALL OVER INDIA. Ø Candidate willing to STAY AWAY FROM HOME FOR 15/20 DAYS IS A MUST.
