FMCG Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager at KIWI Kisan Window, you will play a vital role in overseeing operations, driving sales, and ensuring business growth within the assigned region. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple stores/outlets, maintaining operational efficiency, and focusing on customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and effective team management. Your key responsibilities will revolve around developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, ensuring seamless store operations, and leading, training, and motivating store managers and staff to achieve performance targets. You will be analyzing sales data, monitoring performance reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement regional campaigns and promotional activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinating with vendors for inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or operations management. Strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze sales data, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position. Additionally, a willingness to travel across the assigned region is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in the organic, FMCG, or retail sector, knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes, as well as a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
