Profile: Sale Executive & Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Must Have – Own vehicle

· Sales Generation:

Identifying and pursuing new sales leads, conducting market research to identify potential customers, and generating sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and product demonstrations.

· Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

· Sales Targets:

Achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

· To understand & gain Product Knowledge:

Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicating their value to potential clients.

· Reporting and Analysis:

Providing regular sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and analyzing market trends.

· Market Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills:

· Sales Skills: Prospecting, lead generation, presentation skills, negotiation, and closing deals.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and overcome sales challenges.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

· Self-Motivation and Drive: A results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to Travel: Field sales roles often require travel to client locations.
