Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor for an on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating production processes, monitoring workflow, supervising team members, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Additionally, the Floor Supervisor will provide guidance and training, identify areas for process improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective team coordination and client interactions
• Experience in Training, Coaching, and staff development to ensure continuous improvement and performance enhancement
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to contribute to business growth when required
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production supervision is a plus
• Attention to detail, time management proficiency, and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
