Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor

  cutting operations

  – fabric utilization, wastage control, size-set approvals.
• Supervise

  stitching floor

  – line balancing, daily output, accessories availability, operator discipline.
• Lead

  packing floor

  – ensure barcodes, labels, cartons, and finishing are correct and on time.
• Coordinate daily with

  PPC, QA, and Merchandising

  to align production with buyer deadlines.
• Track and report

  daily production vs. target

  to GM.
• Implement SOPs for efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Coach supervisors, tailors, and helpers for continuous improvement.

KPIs

• Daily production target achievement %
• Fabric wastage % in cutting
• Stitching line efficiency %
• OTIF shipment readiness
• Packing error/rejection %
  

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years’ experience in Export Manufacturing Home

  textile (cutting, stitching, finishing/packing)

  .
• Strong floor management and people leadership skills.
• Hands-on problem solver who can ensure discipline and smooth workflow.
• Knowledge of AQL, buyer compliance, and export finishing standards.
• Ability to drive productivity while maintaining quality.
