Floor Manager

Job Summary:

Navit Motors is looking for a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations of our automobile showroom/workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining service quality, and achieving operational efficiency on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of the showroom/workshop floor staff.

Ensure all vehicles are serviced, cleaned, and delivered as per customer expectations.

Manage day-to-day workflow including vehicle intake, repair progress, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.

Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and available for technicians.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability.

Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.

Implement company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.

Coordinate with sales, service, and admin teams for smooth operations.

Maintain MIS reports related to operations, service timelines, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

57 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving ability.

Knowledge of service workflow, spare parts, and inventory management.

Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
