Key responsibilities include managing sales staff and their training, maintaining product knowledge, monitoring sales goals, managing inventory, creating an inviting store atmosphere, and ensuring efficient store operations, security, and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service:Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing sales strategies and initiatives. Ensure exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and training staff on product knowledge and sales techniques. Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Staff Management:Supervise and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance appraisals. Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure staff are motivated to achieve goals. Store Operations:Manage daily showroom activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store, creating an appealing environment for customers. Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with the purchasing team for stock replenishment. Implement and enforce store policies, procedures, and security measures. Performance & Reporting:Report on sales performance and propose ideas for improvement to enhance showroom performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
