  • Strong understanding of HR domain, business processes, and concepts.
  • Assist with accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits, and compensation-related tasks.
  • Gather employee records for payroll processing including medical and legislative-related benefits.
  • Collect data and generate reports related to employee allowances.
  • Handle tasks such as data entry, timesheet verification, and payroll inquiries.
  • Support administration of employee benefits programs (enrollment, tracking, communication).
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax, and social insurance requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Identify and suggest solutions to HR/Payroll/Compensation issues.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Willingness to learn Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems or HR application software desirable.

Education

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or relevant field.
