Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flavorist to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new flavors for various products, including beverages and foods.
Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and flavors.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform flavor development decisions.
Manage and maintain a library of flavor profiles and ingredients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of flavor chemistry and physics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
