Fitness Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
• Manage and guide staff teams including trainers, front desk, and housekeeping.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards of the facility.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain service consistency.
• Support business goals through client retention, renewals, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with management to introduce new ideas and initiatives for member experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in operations, hospitality, or customer service management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle client queries with professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness preferred.
