Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in Kolkata. The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fitness center, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating fitness programs, coordinating group exercises, and providing personal training sessions. In addition, the Fitness Manager will ensure the facility’s equipment and environment are safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

Experience in Group Exercise and Group Training
Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Personal Training
Understanding of Exercise Physiology
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients and staff
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
CPR and First Aid certification required
