Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily gym operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all services.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, including trainers, front desk, and housekeeping teams.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain service standards.
• Track membership renewals, client feedback, and retention strategies.
• Work closely with management to achieve business goals.
• Bring in new ideas for improving client experience and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in

  operations, hospitality, or customer service management

  (fitness industry experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle client queries and ensure a positive member experience.
• Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness is preferred.
