Fitness Manager

You are looking for a highly motivated Fitness Manager to take charge of our fitness center operations in Gurugram. The ideal candidate must possess a certification in fitness management and have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the fitness or wellness industry. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the fitness center, managing and training fitness staff and personal trainers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and member satisfaction, planning and implementing fitness programs, monitoring member progress, coordinating marketing activities, managing equipment needs, and handling customer queries effectively. To excel in this role, you need to have excellent leadership and team management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, and be certified in Fitness Management (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
