You are looking for a highly motivated Fitness Manager to take charge of our fitness center operations in Gurugram. The ideal candidate must possess a certification in fitness management and have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the fitness or wellness industry. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the fitness center, managing and training fitness staff and personal trainers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and member satisfaction, planning and implementing fitness programs, monitoring member progress, coordinating marketing activities, managing equipment needs, and handling customer queries effectively. To excel in this role, you need to have excellent leadership and team management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, and be certified in Fitness Management (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent). In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to 35,000/month, the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, professional development, and training opportunities. Key Responsibilities Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the fitness center, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Program Development: Design and implement diverse fitness programs and classes that cater to various fitness levels and member interests. Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise fitness staff, including personal trainers and group exercise instructors, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Member Engagement: Foster a positive and supportive environment, addressing member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention. Equipment Oversight: Monitor and maintain fitness equipment, ensuring proper functioning and arranging for repairs or replacements as needed. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fitness programs, special events, and membership offers to attract and retain members. Budget Management: Assist in managing the fitness department's budget, including payroll, equipment purchases, and program costs, ensuring financial objectives are met. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as member attendance, program participation, and revenue generation to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
