● Conduct 1-on-1 and group fitness coaching sessions virtually or in person).

● Design personalised workout plans based on client assessments and protocol goals.

● Educate clients on form, injury prevention, and progressive training methods.

● Collaborate with nutrition and lifestyle coaches to align fitness with overall health goals.

● Track client performance, provide feedback, and adjust programs accordingly.

● Motivate and hold clients accountable to their fitness milestones.

● Contribute to content development (videos, tips, etc.) for the Alpha Revival community.

● Stay updated on latest fitness trends and research relevant to metabolic health.

● Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, K11, NASM, ISSA, INFS or equivalent).

● 4+ years of experience in personal training, preferably in lifestyle disease reversal.

● Strong understanding of strength training, functional movement, and cardio

programming.

● Experience working with clients managing diabetes, obesity, or metabolic conditions is a plus.

● Excellent communication and motivational skills.

● Tech-savvy – able to use health tracking tools and video conferencing platforms.
