Key Responsibilities: - Learn to evaluate clients" fitness, health, heart rate (HR), and heart rate variability (HRV) data to develop heart-rate zone-based training plans. - Conduct goal-setting sessions and progress reviews with clients to track their fitness journey effectively. - Coordinate with clients" support teams to ensure consistency and achieve desired results. - Collaborate on creating App-based programs that redefine traditional training methods. - Keep abreast of trends in cardiovascular fitness, technology-driven training, and coaching techniques. - Manage administrative tasks and occasionally travel for company programs or corporate events. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, or accredited health & fitness certifications. - Background in personal running or fitness is advantageous. - Training certification for runners is a plus or willingness to learn on the job. - Strong English communication skills; proficiency in regional languages is beneficial. - A genuine passion for motivating clients, quick learning, and thriving in a startup setting. - Experience in designing fitness programs is preferred but not mandatory.
