Role Description

• Learn to assess clients fitness, health, HR, and HRV data to create

  heart-rate zonebased training plans

  .
• Conduct goal-setting sessions and progress reviews with clients.
• Coordinate with clients support teams to ensure consistency and results.
• Collaborate on building

  App-based programs

  that redefine how people train.
• Stay ahead of trends in cardiovascular fitness, tech-driven training, and coaching methods.
• Handle admin tasks and occasionally travel for company programs or corporate events.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, or

  accredited health & fitness certifications

  .
• Personal running or fitness background is a plus.
• Certified in training runners or

  eager to learn on the job

  .

• Strong communicator

  in English (regional languages a plus).

• Passionate

  about

  motivating

  clients, learning fast, and

  growing in a startup environment

  .
• Experience designing fitness programs is a bonus, not required.
