Based in Kochi, SOL brings together expert coaches, innovative programs, and a supportive community to help individuals become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves. As a Fitness Coach at SOL, your role will involve creating tailored fitness plans, conducting group sessions, and providing one-on-one fitness training to clients both online and offline. Your responsibilities will include guiding individuals on monitoring progress and offering motivational support to help them achieve their fitness goals. It will be essential for you to stay updated on industry trends to ensure effective program delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Create personalized fitness plans for clients - Conduct group fitness sessions - Provide one-on-one fitness training online and offline - Guide individuals on monitoring progress - Offer motivational support to help clients achieve their fitness goals - Stay updated on industry trends for effective program delivery Qualifications: - Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction - Expertise in Fitness Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry - Understanding of basic skills of using Google Sheets, Google Meets, Zoom calls, and Microsoft Word - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt fitness programs to individual needs - Relevant certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or Nutrition is a plus - Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is highly desirable,
