Job Description

We are looking for a skilled FIS Quantum/Echos Production Support Service Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience. The position is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide production support services for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cash Xplorer configuration.
Ensure SOX compliances and maintain accurate records.
Utilize Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring skills.
Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in FIS support tools, including the FIS ticketing system.
Experience with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
Strong understanding of Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring.
Familiarity with Cash Xplorer configuration and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
