Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone for international clients (primarily from the US, UK, or Australia)
Provide accurate information about products, services, or order status
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Meet or exceed quality and productivity targets
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
