Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally within defined service levels.
  • Understand and resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests related to products/services.
  • Document and update customer records accurately in internal systems.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department/team.
  • Maintain a high level of product/process knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Follow communication scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.

  • B.TECH , B.Sc, Any Post Graduation freshers are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walkin.
