Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or support.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries effectively.
Maintain clear communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and adhere to quality guidelines.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
Good accent and fluency suitable for international clients.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM software.
Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
Prior experience in voice process or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Training provided to understand company products and services.

B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
