Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls from UK telecom customers with professionalism and clarity.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, or new plans.
  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, contract terms, and promotional offers.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly

    upselling targets

    and

    quality metrics

    .
  • Resolve customer queries related to billing, network issues, or plan details.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems after every interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with UK telecom regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    with a clear neutral or UK-friendly accent.
  • Prior experience in

    BPO, telecom, or international voice process

    preferred.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
  • Competent in using computers, CRM tools, and call-handling software.
  • Flexibility to work in

    UK Shifts

    (Afternoon/Evening/Night as per requirement).
