Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

Handle incoming calls from UK customers and provide accurate information on telecom products and services.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, renewals, and promotional campaigns.
Resolve customer issues related to billing, plans, network, and service usage.

Upselling / Sales Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable upgrades such as:

Higher data plans
Broadband speed upgrades
Add-on packs (roaming, OTT subscriptions, family plans)
Device protection / insurance plans

Achieve monthly sales and upselling targets set by the process.
Promote new offers, loyalty benefits, and retention plans to increase revenue.

Process & Compliance

Follow UK telecom industry standards and compliance guidelines.
Maintain high levels of call quality, customer satisfaction, and accurate documentation.
Adhere to scripts, call flow, and process-specific KPIs (AHT, QA Score, FCR, Conversion Rate).
