Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via

    live chat

    , maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist UK-based customers with inquiries related to

    mobile, broadband, and TV services

    .
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
  • Provide information on billing, usage, plan upgrades, and new offers.
  • Update customer records accurately after each interaction.
  • Ensure first-time resolution and strive for high customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics such as average handling time (AHT), quality scores, and CSAT.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written English communication skills

    grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in

    international BPO/chat support

    preferred.
  • Good typing speed (35-40 WPM) with accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of

    telecom services

    is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of chat sessions.
  • Willingness to work in

    rotational shifts

    (including night shifts) as per UK time zone.
  • Minimum education:

    Graduate

    or

    12th pass or 10th pass with relevant experience

    .
