Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
Assist international customers (primarily from US/UK/AUS regions) with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and general support.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, clear, and concise solutions in a timely manner.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all interactions using CRM or support tools.
Achieve and exceed defined performance targets such as First Response Time, Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Chat Handling Time.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
