Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document all chat interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Adapt to different customer cultures and communication styles with empathy and professionalism.
  • Continuously update knowledge about the companys products, services, and processes.
  • Work flexible hours, including shifts to accommodate different time zones as needed.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
